Personal Narrative
My primary role is working as an instructional designer in collaboration with the faculty at the Kate Tiedemann College of Business developing and supporting online courses. I am also an adjunct instructor in the USFSP College of Arts and Sciences in the psychology department. I serve on the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning executive board and provide professional development training for our faculty. My research interests lie in the scholarship of teaching and learning, teacher attitudes, and building digital communities in online environments. I am also a full-time doctoral student at USF Tampa in the Program Development - Emphasis on Educational Innovation.
