Library Accessibility Access Services

The Nelson Poynter Library provides supports students with disabilities in a variety of ways including assistance with book retrieval and an Assistive Technology room with a CCTV, OCR scanner, adjustable height work station and a computer equipped with screen reading, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, screen enlargement software, and large print keyboard. Student Disability Services

The mission of Student Disability Services is to create and maintain an environment at the university that is supportive to students with special needs and will grant academic accommodations to students with documented disabilities, providing them with an equal chance of academic success.
