Student Success Center

The Student Success Center's mission is to help students achieve their highest learning potential by assisting them in developing strong, lifelong learning strategies and skills in a safe and positive environment.. The center offers free tutoring, workshops, and resources for all students in the content areas of Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Foreign Language, Writing, and Study Skills. Their space also includes a study center, computer lab, and free printing.

Tutoring

The Debbie Nye Sembler Student Success Center offers a variety of tutoring and learning resources. Visit the Student Success Center page to learn more about all of the resources they provide. 

 

USF St. Petersburg campus Online Writing Tutors

The Debbie Nye Sembler Student Success Center also offers online writing tutoring. Writing tutoring is not a grammar and spell check service, but tutors will help you address the organization, effectiveness of delivery, and clarity of argument of your writing. Review the information and instructions to help prepare you to have an effective consultation online and to learn how the process works.

The Nelson Poynter Memorial Library’s mission is to be an active partner in the teaching, research, and learning of the University of South Florida St. Petersburg’s students, faculty, and staff.
