USF St. Petersburg campus Guide to Online Learning

Technology Accessibility

The University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus strives to ensure that all of our web content and online courses are accessible to all students, including those with disabilities. We recognize that many of our students with disabilities use assistive technologies to help them navigate their online course content. We have compiled the information and resources below to support successful access.

For full details on the USF's accessibility commitment, view the USF Minimum Web Accessibility Standards.

Canvas Accessibility

The Canvas Accessibility Guide provides information, tips, and specifications organized into the following categories:

  • Screen Readers and Browsers
  • Keyboard Shortcuts
  • Accessibility of Specific Canvas Features
  • Accessibility of Third Party Integration

For full details about Canvas accessibility and assistive technology interactions, view their Voluntary Product Accessibility Template Page.
