The Information Technology Help Desk offers help services accessible via phone, internet, or email. For support, email or call 813-974-4357. Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Student Technology Center

Located on the first floor of the library, the USF St. Petersburg Student Technology Center provides an academic computing helpdesk, assistance and training in software such as Canvas, Proctorio, and Student Information Systems, as well as access to virtual platforms and software, a digital makerspace, and the MyStudio Booth recording booth, where students can record digital presentations.
